Baltimore, MD June 30, 2005 — Bluefire Security Technologies, a developer of security solutions designed for mobile handheld devices, today announced support for Palm Operating System versions 5.4.5 and 5.2.1, which drive the latest versions of the Palm Powered™ devices, including the Treo™ 650 and Treo™ 600.
This announcement follows Bluefire’s statement earlier this month of support for the Microsoft Windows 5.0 operating platform. With one central management console, enterprises can maintain consistent security policies throughout their wireless mobile networks whether users are operating a Palm or PocketPC mobile device.
