Note: Bluefire Customer Support is NOT available with the Free Trial VPN software offer. Trial offers are supported by software Help Module and Trouble Shooting FAQs available on this website. Support is only available when requested at time of purchase of fully licensed VPN software. Cost is an additional $12.00 per VPN license for support; box for support must be checked on the order form.

Free trial versions of the Bluefire Mobile Security VPN include a self-service “Help” module. Troubleshooting “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQ's) are available on the from Bluefire at http://www.bluefiresecurity.com/orders/popups/VPN_troubleshooting.asp



Fully licensed standard purchases of the Bluefire Mobile Security VPN can be supported by email, for an additional fee. Email-based support is optional, however support must be purchased at the same time as VPN software license purchase to be valid. The cost for email-based support is $12.00 US per each VPN license purchased. Check the support box on the VPN Purchase Form; support quantity will automatically match the quantity of VPN licenses purchased (i.e. Ten (10) VPN licenses will receive ten (10) support licenses at $12 EACH – in addition to VPN costs - if the support box is checked on the order form).

Group sales of 100 units or more, are eligible to purchase additional support plans. Support plan information and fee structure is available upon request from VPNsales@bluefiresecurity.com or by phone (+1) 410 637 8167. All orders of 100 VPN licenses must placed by phone regardless of support plan requested.
